This is more of the same. Der Spiegel have an anti-City agenda, which imo is designed to assist Germn clubs like Bayern Munich to compete and be more successful.

It is a bore, if City broke the rules fine we deserve to be punished proportionately and fairly, but these are just more allegations that are unproven and spun out.

Read it.  The club has been cleared in a court of law. Since thats failed, trial by hack now? Sour grapes.
