They should focus on what they do to recruit, retain, train and manage players. The trouble with clubs like the rags is not lack of money compared to City but how they fritter it away.
How can you have transparency and fairness when there are clubs that can try and exert pressure on the FA by openly contacting other clubs with an agenda? There are 3 ringleaders, Utd, Liverpool and Arsenal. If the FA are going to investigate anything, why not the SL fiasco? It's no coincidence that the 3 clubs who were the ringleaders were the above mentioned!

These ongoing investigations by the Premier League just seem to go on endlessly. I do wonder if they will ever actually announce that they are complete.
