The defence - assuming JFE arrives - has certain similarities to his best Barca team -
1. long-serving club captain that the defence can't cope without (Puyol, Kompany)
2. useless ex-rag (Pique, JFE)
3. used to play on Merseyside (Mascherano, Stones)
4. South American donkey (Adriano, Otamendi)
5. Rapid full backs (Alves/Abidal, Walker/Mendy)
So maybe there's a chance... 8)
