He might just be on the verge of losing his penalty taker role. He has the personality and right strength of character but he is too predictable. He needs to, on occasions, not stop just before hitting the ball and instead pick a spot and hit it on the run. Keeping goalies guessing is a good weapon for any penalty takers armoury.
