used to be great, no problems and on the odd time i had to call was alright
today
reset password 5 times
live chat with uk and usa
email about problem from amazon canada which ive never used
half hour call with sanjay from bombay, would have been 10 minutes but he couldnt do welsh accents, not that i have one
another email asking me to reset password

thats what they thought and i did when i had the email from the canucks

all seems ok now, turned out resetting the fucking password again sorted it
