This week I have been mostly experimenting with one. Any advice/recipes would be appreciated as the instructions are mostly lost in translation from Chinese to English.

So far I've done sausages and chips.

Buy a deep fat fryer you tart.

reddishblue

Can you do sausages in them?

gavin

Course, covered in batter.

What the fuck is goin on.

We're talking abut the best way to do a sausage. How do you do yours?

The Blue Blooded Maniac

I just wrap it in beef curtains.

I use my air fryer for frying chicken wings. I use a spicy dry rub on my wings, leave overnight in the fridge then cook in airfryer for
14 mins at 400°.

For chip fans, try LambsWeston Dukes of Chippingdom Thick Cut Pub Chips. with or without peel. Available from ASDA or maybe Walmart across the pond.

Recommended.

I make my own chips using organic potatoes not shop bought chemical crap.

reddishblue

That's all well and good but at what temperature and for how long is what I want to know. Also, would is it possible to use inorganic spuds?

You'll get enough of the chemical crap from the meat. Balance is the key.

Ginsters pasties now have air fryer heating instructions. 170C for 16-19 minutes for those interested or who can't read the minute font.

Vickki

Ginsters are better eaten cold with plenty of ketchup 😋 😋
