Lovely evening for football
Captain Dias
Good team usual rotation
Comfortable 4 0 win - unlike dud Utd.
Big Stones not anywhere
Yellow card for what ??
Nice one Ake lad. Pleased for him.
Good half in a crucial game, must win. Gave the goal away but then straight back up the other end. The stuff of Champions. Had complete faith in Riyad, honest. Great to see KDB getting assists through putting the defenders under pressure again. Nice for Ake to get one.
Played well but their goal was poor by us.
Mahrez could solve our penalties issue despite his dodgy history. KdB is a joy to watch.
Good half with more to come
Where was our defence. Appalling and worrying.
Our defence has failed badly tonight. Their third goal a good one but our defending against it was awol.
Dull game.
crap defending ..decent goals and can someone have a word with the compare..he's giddy as fook!
Great game to watch.. To be fair I couldn't apportion blame for their goals but it does seem to happen most often when Ake is playing Easy to never mind though when we score 6. Much better than the standard European game. Jack's was my favourite goal.
The game demonstrated how early season we still are despite our decent start to the PL. So many returning class players KdB, Phil Foden, Gundogan and Sterling.
So, a comprehensive win is good and we will only improve and get better, hopefully nearer full speed for the Chelsea, PSG, Liverpool consecutive run of games at the end of this month / start of next month. A fully match fit squad by then to pick team from.
I’m still slightly worried about our defence, when first choice isn’t available.
Great entertainment. Ake, good player who has not played regularly, it showed. Hope its a kick up the backside for onwards and upwards.
Ake's father passed away last night, after his goal and after a period of sickness.
How delightful that he passed after watching his son score for City. What a way to go.
