This week I have been mostly experimenting with one. Any advice/recipes would be appreciated as the instructions are mostly lost in translation from Chinese to English.
So far I've done sausages and chips.
Buy a deep fat fryer you tart.
Can you do sausages in them?
Course, covered in batter.
What the fuck is goin on.
We're talking abut the best way to do a sausage. How do you do yours?
I just wrap it in beef curtains.
the world is fucked up
Today I successfully warmed up a Ginsters' Cornish pasty.

I use my air fryer for frying chicken wings. I use a spicy dry rub on my wings, leave overnight in the fridge then cook in airfryer for
14 mins at 400°.
For chip fans, try LambsWeston Dukes of Chippingdom Thick Cut Pub Chips. with or without peel. Available from ASDA or maybe Walmart across the pond.
Recommended.

I make my own chips using organic potatoes not shop bought chemical crap.
That's all well and good but at what temperature and for how long is what I want to know. Also, would is it possible to use inorganic spuds?

You'll get enough of the chemical crap from the meat. Balance is the key.
Ginsters pasties now have air fryer heating instructions. 170C for 16-19 minutes for those interested or who can't read the minute font.
Ginsters are better eaten cold with plenty of ketchup 😋 😋
Typically eaten that way by lorry drivers in service stations on the M62.
They do lamb chops really well.

You can now get Ginsters' pasties in cheese and onion flavour, also chilli.
The air fryer instructions are the same as the original.
I got a new Ninja Airfryer for Christmas, and I love it! A lot better than my last one 👍

Santa was good to you
Tonight I am attempting to do a baked potato. 180c for 15 minutes then I'll have a look at it. It might need longer would be my suspicion.
I'll let you know the result.
It took another 3x the initial estimate but turned out excellent. For those unable to compute, put it in for an hour.
There's only one way to cook baked Potatoes, and that's to wrap them in foil then smoke 'em in a smoker for 4 hrs at a low temp. 😁
Or just go to the chippy
No chippies near me, and if there was, it would be awful!
