I feel sorry for the lads. They have been let down by the manager and the keeper. A few of them have shown that they would have been fine to play as part of a more experienced side overall. That should have been done in the earlier rounds and in the League Cup. The manager has let them down by playing too many of them at once at a top team like Chelsea and his comments in the press conference didn't give them much chance either. Any sympathy I had for Pellegrini has gone.

Demi, it should have been Kompany or ota. Demi has no pace. I thought the pen against him was disgraceful.

Fernando. He needed to step up in CM, he was largely absent. Needed more drive and to give direction to the kids.

Further, when the draw was made he said then that he would field a weakened team as City's priority is the CL, which on that note, City will not make the next round. the club is screwed up at the moment with all the backroom dealings by the club; the club is destroying itself from within.

We needed to be a bit beefier in midfield or at least take off one of the front two and put an extra body in there.

Nacho and Faupala(?) weren't too bad but they'd little or no support or service, Adarabioyo looks a decent prospect and I'd like to have seen him with Kompany if only because I'm not too sure how good Demi's English is.

I don't think he's good enough to play for us anymore that's true., but I think he was a solid defender for us for a while. Think 2e maybe on cross points.

His lack of pace does not suit our style at all and yes I agree with you, ade would have been better off playing with humphreys or another cb.
