Players like KDB, Foden, Grealish need a game or two after injury. Even Gundo and Mahrez haven't played all the games. Fern, Ake and Zinchenko have played few.
We have been awful this first half. Absolutely dreadful. Should have played the kids they could not have been much worse.

Was always going to be a difficult game but some refereeing decisions are woeful
If we had to have a stinker then this was the match to have it in. We need our top players fit and at it. And we need them to know that they have to put 100% in in every game. We can't afford similar in a league game.
It was a nothing game and we played like it.
It was a nothing game and yet we played a strong side, denied youth the experience of CL and as a consequence lost Walker for the rd of 16 and perhaps more games depending on the review.
Not the managers best night. Nor Walkers. Nor the team after that tardy performance.
What harm could have been done by starting a few of the young players yesterday evening?
