I didn't see much of the game at the weekend but in the games I have seen this season, Kyle has been playing his best football since arriving at the club. It looks like this could be the season that he makes the transition from good player to great. The new competition seems to have stirred him up. I was very surprised that he was left out of the England squad therefore but hopefully that will prove another inspiration for him.
Suddenly he has broken out of a trot to go on sprints.
Yes, similar thought crossed my mind watching him in the early stages of this season. He looks sharper and more aware of what's going on around him. The Pep factor once again?
