Chelsea just fluked a goal (thanks in large part to a rubbish clearance from Green)
Shame Barton and Neddy played well. QPR deserved a point. .

Doubt it.

It's still essentially 4-4-2 with silva up front.

I think its probably right given Edin's performance last Monday. He seemed arsed for a match or two when Bony came but wasn't worth a shirt at palace. Hopefully it will bring Silva to the forefront and he will shine.

Clihy not covering himself in glory either...
Looking at Fellaini, he's attacking the wings at crosses, meaning zab and clichy mark him: obvious height advantage.

Officials are having a mare and Yaya's having a Sunday stroll.
Title: Re: no dzeko!

It is close to pointless playing well when you can't defend. Week after week we start dominating the opposition and then with their first attack all confidence drains because they either score or come very close to scoring. Such a shame. I believe in an attacking philosophy but the strikers must have some confidence in the defence or it affects attack too. It was a great start from the lads but the defence has to be better organised. Pellegrini should have been sacked Monday night to give a new man a few days to do some organisation with the defence.

Yaya is a lazy sod.
A good start, but we have again slipped back to our un-confident selves. Rubbish defending for their second. We have to keep our heads and get our passing game going again. We can still do it, but must defend better. Would help if Yaya tracked back.
Kompany probably should have seen red...

Ha ha, oh those were bad times with the squeaky voiced one!!!

For the first time in my life I'm going to say fair play to Utd, they deserve this victory. Still hurts but the season is almost over.

I love Aguero, but City have been around longer and will still be here after any of us. He would be a great loss but we need to build a team.

Aguero has to stay but surely the manager won't be here past tomorrow.

Well the fight to the end has gone, no fight at all second half.
Utd down to 10 men no one challenging didn't they realise, if not, down to no communication from the manager or captain!!  >:(

Totally exposed.

Pathetic in all departments only a handful of players should remain after this failed manager has left. Aguero, Silva safe, the rest at risk as far as I am concerned. No living on past glories.

Too many players lacking the real class needed at the highest level.

Unfortunately exactly what I feared would happen. We've really gone backwards this season. Time for some drastic steps.

It's not even just a lack of class, there's a lack of desire and passion too.

That comes from a lack of belief. Too many substandard players bought and too many underperforming players played just for rotation.

Funny that our highly paid manager and coaches couldn't have foreseen that particular tactic and countered it by man marking Fellaini. Makes me wonder what the fuck they do in training, it obviously isn't practising corners for one.

They can't be working on defending much either. Hard to believe Pellegrini has all week every to think about this stuff and prepare his team and neither our defending nor our corners have improved one jot over the last few months.

when we get a corner i just think we might as well boot it back to hart and start from the back or everyone stands on the halfway line
