CITY XI | Ederson, Walker, Laporte, Otamendi, Fernandinho, Gundogan, Silva (C), De Bruyne, Bernardo, Sterling, Aguero
SUBS | Muric, Danilo, Stones, Delph, Sané, Mahrez, Jesus
In my eye some of these players are very lucky to start after Wednesday.
C'mon City Lets bounce back with an impressive win
Just playing 3 at the back?
Yep. Hardly matter given 4 was so shit during the week and Pep expect all players to defend. I just wonder where Gundogan will play.
Great start, fecked up by a total inability to defend a set piece again!
Bloody rubbish City.
How can the officials not see and give that clear cut penalty. Just ridiculous.
Starting to look like we are paying the price AGAIN for not strengthening a PL winning squad. Complacency sets in when not done.
I can see where this result is going already.
Putting the ball up in the air far too often, need to play in the ground. Our strength.
Watching this is painful. We are too slow in passing movement and on the break.
Interesting to see if Pep sort it out at halftime. From dominant to docile in one half.
Thank goodness for that. 2 1
Good time to score but we’ve been pretty unconvincing for good parts of this half and we still look at sizes and sevens at the back when ever Arsenal attack. I’m certainly not comfortable at 2-1.
Not the greatest first half performance but we deserve to be ahead. Must break with more speed and conviction when they do attack.
As gavin said. We just are not firing in all cylinders.
Well that cancels out the penalty he did not get.
Much better second half, Sergio on fire.
Winning was the most important thing.
Much better 2nd half. Fortuitous 3rd. It no more than we deserved. Bit of pressure back on Liverpool now. Need Pellers and Zab to do us a favour on Monday night.
Just cannot understand all these negative vibes, thought we looked very comfortable
Not typical City, just typical supporters !!!. Capitulate to soon...
Decent second half apart from the finishing. Arsenal were never in it.
0 attempts second half says it all
and only one touch in City's box the whole second half.
