I like 81% of that team...

Aguero yes.
Sterling unsure of, would prefer someone who could hold onto the ball
KDB yes.
Obvs happy with that CM, but would have thought Pogba would sit further forward.
Rose... why not! pretty decent lb and HG.
Laporte I don't know but others rate him
Kompany yes, hopefully fit after rest.
Fern at RB? would prefer a specialist
Happy with Hart

Nacho will be around the first team, whether it's two up top or off the bench.

Diaz looks in the mould of Siva.
Celina new deal.
Faupala, Maffeo, Angelino, Denayer... Who knows!

Pep plays about with formations depending on the opposition, was reading a Lahm interview and he was talking about full backs moving into CM and back out again (During match). It'd just be nice to have a plan B never mind C, D & E!

Not really with our current squad... but who knows, maybe with a few additions we may get more than one playing style out!

Well just seems to me mixed messages having one of the best academy facilities in the country if not to actually use  some of the players they've invested in.
Felt the owners put that pressure on Pellegrini hence the criticism of him not bringing on more from the academy, was hoping this message  from the owners for CL will mean  as Swiss says team for PL others to play in CL.
If able to produce good teams for both maybe injuries would be less of a problem as can see constantly playing same players is proving
to be to strenuous a schedule.
Be interesting to see what actual teams Pep does put out!

Very strong rumours around Laporte and Gundogan. Pogba, Kroos and Rose I cannot see them leaving their present clubs. Kompany, can he be a regular anymore?

Both Laporte and Gundogan have serious injuries.

Laporte has a fractured leg and Ankle, no expected return date.
Gundogan has a Dislocated knee, estimated return is September.

Both puts their transfers in doubt.

As you say, Kroos is playing for Real and he's played a lot more since Zidane has been in charge so you'd question why he would move.

Pogba can have the pick of any team. I think he'll end up leaving Juve, if not this season but next because he can earn more in the other leagues and lets face it, Italy isn't the power it used to be.

Rose, just got in the Champs with Spurs, will prob stay loyal. Having watched him for England tonight, doesn't look a worldy but hard to tell in a friendly with a defence he's not used to playing with.

Could end up with none of these!

Pogba, if he leaves, can choose any team. Unlikely Munich - they have bought the Benfica midfielder - Sanches, so Madrid, Barcelona, PSG, Chelsea, scum or us. Is he a Barcelona type player? If he goes to Madrid, at least they will be offloading a midfielder or two. PSG, if he has no ambition, but he is French. Scum, they got rid. Chelsea, he could be part of the rebuilding, but no champions league. Us, he has got to weigh up Madrid or Manchester.

So its Madrid.
