Fucking Stones having a nightmare
Never a red. Both making a genuine attempt for a 50/50 ball. Stones was in control at all times, his standing foot on the floor. The Villa player got there a fraction of a second first.
Expect this from now on.
Stones looked in trouble there to be honest, it was a high challenge and he made contact but there was no intent. An excellent performance after going behind so early. Lovely stuff from Foden. What a player! We have to really concentrate on possession in the second half - even more so than usual. Make them still chase the ball.
