I am trying to log in to watch the game  but there is no option to do so - any ideas anyone?

If you are trying to log into a TV app then it wont let you watch the game on that anyway.

You'll need to watch it via the website, in which case there is a login link top right, or a mobile phone app.

Typically with the TV apps, you need to login on your computer and put a code in to sync with the TV App and log you in. I set mine up last night and then today it says that you cannot watch on the TV apps for the Asian tour games! Fortunately, I have a laptop connected to my TV anyway, and the stream was reliable at least.
