There was a deflection but he still was pretty crucial in the three points yesterday...

Still an important player for us and would be missed.

Starting to see a few more of his driving runs in the last few games.

Last three games (yes, including Stoke) I have seen an improvement. This has been from a very low level. He is making the runs forward now, but does not seem to posses the pace or strength he has had in the past. The end product is also lacking now as well. 
Never done the ugly stuff well. He either does not pick up runners at all, or just gives up after a few yards. He has no energy to get up and down, or cant be ars*d.

I still believe he should have been replaced in the summer. He would not be missed as we would get a better replacement. In fact this is what is needed to push us on.
