Agreed, only the paid pundits on TV did not see it that way and were calling for blood. They are a disgrace.

The Watford player who dived against Arsenal for the penalty should have been done but wasn't. If Bernard had been done after that it would have been an absolute disgrace. Mind you, I don't think Bernie should continue with the Platoon auditions.

The trouble was that Bernie completely exaggerated his going to ground, I remember when Ashley Young did this regularly and I hated the prick for it.
It was a pen but the theatrics annoyed everyone.

It's a difficult one, sometime you need to highlight the contact to get the pen - he just needs to be a bit more subtle. The players will be mindful of the fact that referees are only human and may not see slight, yet significant contact.
