4th position just isn't good enough these days. 2nd isn't really but that table looks damn ugly. The fightback has to start Monday.

Doesn't make for good viewing does it. Paying the price now for our long run of erratic and often poor form as others (Arsenal especially) find their feet for the run-in.
Going to be a ding-dong battle of twists and turns in the coming weeks as this shakes out. Let's hope we're up for it...
there really is no challenge, City have been poor all season, 4th is about where City deserve to be.
we will be lucky to get 4th and if we do will have to play a qualifier.
Think we will still finish 2nd and beating the rags on the way
Difficult to have confidence behind this underperforming City team. There really is no acceptable excuse for our underperforming this season. Players have been complacent all season and over rating themselves.
I predict we will finish 4th, which is a but of a disgrace given the talent we have at our disposal.
If we could manage to win our next two games that would open up a 5 point gap on utd and they still have to play Chelsea as do Arsenal

Utd still have to play us, arsenal and Chelsea.
Arsenal have to play utd and Chelsea.
Chelsea have to play utd, arsenal and Liverpool.
We have to play utd and Spurs.
Plenty of permutations there if we can get our act together.

Hence why PL is followed round the world and never a given till the final whistle in the final game!!
Think we'll finish 3rd behind Chelsea/Arsenal but wouldn't be too surprised if we finish 4th especially if we lose at the swamp (which I think we will)
