According to the article above:
Wilshere: 1% chance of that happening, Ramsey better
Modric: not really a box to boxer but could be good in the centre with Silva & an all action midfielder
Verratti: Don't know anything about him
Koke: again, don't know much about him
Veratti's not a bad player but a bit of a hothead, his midfield partner Matuidi might be a better bet.
Jankles Wilshere, permanent sick note. Every time he is tackled, he is feeling his ankles. An error of RSC proportions if we brought him in. Agree, Ramsey much better, but no chance.
Veratti is at PSG? No chance.
Seen Koke play one full game, he was poor. Impossible to judge by that, he has an impressive reputation. Offer enough, they will sell.
Axel Witsel isnt on the list, only seen him play in highlights, but looks decent. Would imagine he would jump at joining fellow Belgians.
Burgerstain and Pelle were at Copa America, they must have seen players who would suit. Kun talked up some of the Chilean players, was that an intro to a new player?
Ramsey would be a last minute asset failing other signings
hamsik?
If we play the 4-5-1 formation:
In Delph what we have is a defensive midfielder, his 89% pass completion is nothing to be sniffed at (Toure on 90%).
He's got determination and can put in a tackle but does lack going forward offensively.
In Silva we have a player who can score goals and create chances/assists for others, and though he does put the boot in, he's just never going to be 'that' type of player.
So in Pogba I see the ideal link between the two. Determination and pace to get back and forth with the added ability to chip in with goals.
Delph the enforcer, Silva the magic and Pogba the Engine Driving the team.

Is Hamik that type of player (Pogba) or would he be more suited to the Silva role?
hamsik can do it all, box to box, creative and gets his share of goals
and come on, ive been going on about him for years, sign him to shut me up
It's almost worth it, but the sadist in me hopes we don't :P
We're still missing that midfield general though

This is the key for me.

you forgot Joey Barton
Or maybe catermole!
or Liverpool legend Charlie Adam
Do we need to shift some johnny foreigners, cause we have too many? About time to shove Navas, Nasri, Nando and Yaya towards the exit.
Hamsik is obviously accident prone, he has obviously had his finger stuck in an electric socket.
Who ever comes in wont get much of a pre-season with us, thanks cheeky.
we are ok as it stands, but if we get another non-hg then we'll have to shift
