Title: Vinnie still out
Post by: clevblue on October 02, 2015, 12:57:26
Apparently out for the codes but also to miss two Belgium fixtures next week, so that's a plus. Perhaps on purpose?

Perhaps Vinnie needs to move on if we can replace him. Tough but maybe needed,  we can't continue like this, hitting and missing

I don't think we can even think of moving Vinny on considering how we hardly conceded with him in the team and now we have a colander for a defence. Even if he's only fit half a season it could well be the difference between winning something and nothing.

What about Mangala (injury wise)?

I know Mangala doesn't always inspire confidence but he and Kompany were starting to build up quite a formidable partnership - 5 wins out of 5 and no goals against. So hopefully the two of them will be fit again soon.

Mangala is fit. It will be interesting to see if he comes straight back in.

I don't want to see him go, but these regular injuries could become a pattern

I don't think I'd ever like Vinny to leave!
