XI | Ederson, Walker, Dias, Stones, Zinchenko, Fernandinho (C), Gundogan, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Sterling, Jesus
SUBS | Steffen, Rodrigo, Torres, Mendy, Mahrez, Cancelo, Foden, Delap, Doyle
Surprised and disappointed to see Foden back on bench
Jesus is not walking on water at the moment either.
Mahrez on the bench.Ideal
Surprised to see Rodri on bench and Fernandinho playing - in this game particularly.
Pep is Pep, Foden must be frustrated somewhat I’m guessing.
C’mon City.
Foden on the bench
Pep is doing my fucking head in 🙄
The league is in our hands now
Stones outstanding
That assist!
The assist was just pure magic and amazing technique.
What a cross for the goal. Very difficult against the ten man defence again.
Wonderful goal by Gundogan who is playing wonderful football for City.
We are firing on all cylinders again. 😃
Very, very good performance in the end. Delighted for Stones. Beautiful strikes for Gundog and Raheem. On the shoulders of the leaders with a game in hand. Looking good.
Other than a bit of rustiness from being out with Covid. I cannot fault a single player tonight. Great match and wonderful finishes and an awesome assist.
Good team performance
Onwards and upwards
Anyone go for a piss/make a brew when Sterling stepped up for the free kick?
Honestly, I was confident that he would score that. He looked determined from the second it was awarded.

Redeem Sterling
Great game, lousy stream. Missed two of the goals, will have to watch MOTD...
John Stones is like a new signing this season

Redeem Sterling
Still has not got the cold and clinical mentality of a successful penalty taker.
Finally caught up with this (couldn't watch live this morning, as I had an early start for work)...
Very impressed! We were a pleasure to watch - all round. Lovely goals! And aside from a couple of potentially risky errors (brought about by, if anything, a touch of over confidence / casualness) we looked rock solid defensively.
This has been brewing a while now hasn't it? With all the media focus elsewhere, City have quietly reset; sorted ourselves out; and steadily imposed ourselves back at the forefront of the title race. The other teams should be very afraid!
Spot on Ken.City are purring.
Imagine having a fox in the box like Sergio(fully fit) now in this team!!
Frightening
Francis Jeffers?
