Uefa has opened disciplinary proceedings against Manchester City.

It comes after fireworks were set off during Tuesday's Champions League quarter-final victory over Paris St-Germain at Etihad Stadium.

They dont like the booing of the anthem, so a sparkler in the crowd..

I didn't really notice anything except the organised display at the start which made me jump!
