Ederson, Walker, Dias, Laporte, Cancelo, Gundogan, Rodrigo, De Bruyne (C), Torres, Sterling, Jesus
SUBS | Steffen, Stones, Ake, Zinchenko, Bernardo, Foden, Garcia
Would have liked Silva starting.
I don't think Bernard has been at his best lately. Torres has deserved his chance to start in his regular position. Foden was a bit careless in the week. Decent side, good enough to win.
Mon City
Great goal Jesus
Not a great half from City but we were behind thanks to one sided reffing. A clear foul on Sterling preceded a typical Liverpool soft penalty. The foul on Sterling was much clearer. The ref continued giving them soft fouls throughout the half. A fantastic goal from City to equalise, just brilliant from Jesus. Shame about KDB's penalty but that sort of thing normally spurs him on to even better things and he did create Jesus' goal.
Bloody hell Kev
Well he had to miss against them!!!
Heads up 2nd half and we'll beat them.
I think we have done ok and came into the game more as it went on.Walker needs some help with Mane
Kevin de Bruyne misses the first PL penalty since 2018 🤯 via @OneFootball. Read it here:

We need to step up here. Too slow too sloppy in passing.
It's comical how much they get away with the pushing and pulling.
The ref is determined not to give us anything
But we should be ahead. Only ourselves to blame.
Pedestrian second half and poor referee.
Very cagey.City looked very comfortable 2nd half but disappointed we never really went for it
Better result for them than us. Agree with lee. Disappointed we didn’t try more in the 2nd half. We are at home and needed the points, but seemed like we were happy with the draw.
Early days bit a missed opportunity.
We are just not firing on all cylinders and lack cutting edge around the opponents goal (Gabriel Jesus back at least gives us some as we had next to none without him).
Need to step up tempo and win consistently from now on.
becoming a regular thing , missing penalties against the dippers
The game seem to die a death second half with both teams settling for a point

Yep, I was yelling at the telly for the last 20 mins, they were fucked and we didn't attempt to force things. Pep has become much more negative in recent months, it cost us against Lyon in the CL, leaving creative players on the bench while we were losing.
I agree, crap second half, flat as a fart.
KDB penalty miss may have been disappointing but he is the reason City will win the league
