CITY XI: Ederson, Lewis, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol, Rodrigo, De Bruyne (C), Bernardo, Savinho, Grealish, Haaland
Subs: Ortega Moreno, Carson, Walker, Stones, Kovacic, Doku, Gundogan, Nunes, Foden, McAtee
INTER XI: Sommer, Bisseck, Bastoni, Acerbi, Darmian, Augusto, Zielinski, Calhanoglu, Barella (C), Taremi, Thuram
Subs: Di Gennaro, J. Martinez, Dumfries, De Vrij, Martinez, Frattesi, Asllani, Mkhitaryan, Pavard
A couple of interesting selections but mainly Rico ahead of Walker.
Mixed first half, slow to start then razor sharp in spells. They are dangerous on the break.
Rodri slightly off a few times first half, but still very good all round.
C'mon City
Not a great half. Frustrating stuff. We have not created much and have looked dodgy on the break. We should wear Sky Blue at home.
Still lack of creativity second half and too often to slow and deliberate. Savinho and Doku are there to provide pace on the wings but sadly we lacked pace on the break the whole game.
Milan brick wall worked, but if Gundo had been more match prepared he would have taken one of those two big chances. Fair result.
Well that won't live long in the memory but Gundo should have won it in the end. Every shot we had on target was right at their keeper.
not many 0-0 at the Etihad but there you have it
