Good to see Nunes in the side. I thought he was excellent on Wednesday.

We didn't really create a lot there again. Decent goal and another chance or two. But they could have equalised at the end there.

We started the second half really well and should have scored but it ended a little nervous even though Southampton didn't really have any chances towards the end. Not convincing but three more valuable points with a number of injuries. Roll on and hope we get some back soon.

Hard graft, Bummed much improved and looking like he fits well in the team.

3 points was all that matters, over to Arsenal and Liverpool tomorrow.

Yeh, we could do with Arsenal getting something tomorrow. With all these injuries, we just need to keep picking up the three points and that is what we are doing so far. We did play some good stuff at the start of the second half. But it was a very mixed performance throughout. We didn't concede but could well have done. We scored a great goal but missed some sitters and for periods lacked creativity.

Any weekend that the rags lose and City win is fantastic. But add to that the scousers and Arsenal drawing and it is a cracker. Back to the top of the table. Who else could do that with the best defensive midfielder in the league injured? What about the best creative midfielder in the league injured too? Oh aye, the Captain is injured too. We need some players back soon though please.

Don't forget the Spuds also fucked up. As I see it, the red cartel plus them only got 2 points between them all hahaha
