What am exciting signing he promised to be.
His os interview is superb and you just know he is a 'Mr. Get the job done' guy.
I'm genuinely excited by this signing, and boy do we need him now.
He will add young legs to replace the old legs we currently have in midfield.
I look forward to watching him. He seems like an exciting signing. But we really need young legs further back in the midfield.
We have missed a player like Alvarez who is still banging them in. This guy hopefully will give us alternatives we have been sadly lacking. With just Haaland up front we are too predictable and teams know this.
Be interesting to see where he plays, maybe as a direct swap to haaland. Or maybe more in a central AM role.
Haaland can be a supplier of assists, something we have not utilised at City, which with BD he often did. Fingers crossed with Marmoush there he can do this again and still remain a top goal scorer.
Looks like he's in the AM role today.
First impressions were good but a bit greedy when he blazed over in the second half when an easy pass was on to Phil in the clear.
He was desperate to make that scoring debut. Looks good though.
I think he's a striker, scored 15 goals in bundesliga already this season. It's a strikers instinct to go for goal. I quite liked the fact he didn't pass to Foden. He got a shot on target and tested the keeper.
I think he'll do well for us. Very much liked what I saw.
He seems enthusiastic, that's good enough for me.
