CITY XI: Ederson, Lewis, Akanji, Dias, Gvardiol, Kovacic, De Bruyne (C), Bernardo, McAtee, Foden, Haaland
Subs: Ortega Moreno, Marmoush, Grealish, Doku, Nico, Gundogan, Savinho, Nunes, O'Reilly
A lot of changes. Hard to know what to make of it all. But should be more than enough talent there to see off Southampton.
Mon Blues
A really poor, toothless first half from City. Very disappointing indeed.
I tell you what. We're gonna struggle next season too. The drop off in our game won't be rectified by Rodri returning.
One of the worst PL sides ever and we look bang average against them when we've got CL beckoning. Deep problems in the team and management.

Wrong. We had chances late on but honestly that was wretched stuff from a really poor City side against one of the worst sides in Premier League history.
What's annoying me is the lack of game time Pep's giving to some of our higher performing players atm, especially when the lower performing players are getting in ahead.
Foden, McAtee and Silva are very similar players. Players that like the ball at their feet and to play a "killer pass" or curl a shot fromt he edge of the box. To play 3 in a team against a side that was always going to put 11 men behind the ball is criminal as it was too static, no movement or pulling the opposition players out of position.
Though I do find it weird to question on e ofbthe greatest managers in the game :D
But still, more fucking movement!!!!
Yet again, another toothless, clueless, and unimaginative performance. Play like this next week with no creativity and we will lose. Palace won't park the bus for 90 minutes like Southampton did today.
I agree with Hesperus, the return of Rodri will not rectify this lack of creativity.
With this weekend results no damage has been seriously done. Beat Bournmouth and I think that should be enough for CL qualification.
