It is a bit anti football that VAR can take such a decision. While it is clear to me that an arm was placed across the goalkeeper in this situation, it happens ask the time and no foul is given. But if a goal is scored then VAR can intervene and find a reason to disallow a goal.
Either is always given or is not given, goal or no goal. Donnarumna and many other goalies are interfered with at corners and free kicks and no foul given.
It's the inconsistency of VAR and officiating that Annoys me.
