Donnarumma, Khusanov, Dias (C), Guéhi, Gvardiol, Lewis, Anderson, O'Reilly, Semenyo, Foden, Haaland.
Subs: Rulli, Marmoush, Kovačić, Cherki, Nico, Grealish, Aït-Nouri, Reis, Nunes
Lewis starts!
Playing well opening 10 minutes
Defensively woeful
In Italy and just saw the game had started and City 1 down after 40 minutes. Grrr
We've only had a few good moments. Nothing like a good half or any continuous pressure. Poor at the back again.
The referee has been really weak and poor. Not giving a clear corner, allowing numerous fouls to pass and really determined not to give yellow cards when they are clearly warranted. Evanilson booked towards the end when he should have been on a booking already.
3 at the back, Ghuei in midfield, and Lewis starting.
If that isn't a total shambles of a summer transfer window. I don't know what is.
To not give the new manager a decent starting 11 after Pep is unforgivable. If I was Enzo I'd be fuming.
One can only laugh, 🤣🤣
Remember guys: it's not how you start,it's how you finish. Another half to go,and a season to go 👍
This is crap. We've had two chances that we should have scored from in the game but we are just not doing enough.
Piss poor
Onwards and upwards 😁
Three very valuable points but no-one will be kidding themselves that that was good enough.
Only got to see the last ten minutes of the game with two beautiful goals for my birthday. Thank you players and staff for that late in the game birthday presents.
Result all that matters at this stage, a lot of breeding in time needed for the team with such a high turnover.
C'mon City

I'm all for team building exercises but that's going a bit far.
The result will be a big relief for Enzo but a lot wrong today.
Anderson had a good debut. We need some new players though. Big couple of months for Foden I think. If he doesn't rediscover his form I can see his time at a City over. Didn't think much of our wing play today. Dias, also has been very average for a while.
This will be very much a transition season so all points when we're not playing well are most welcome.
Hopefully, we will see some improvement at Palace on Friday. Match by match we need to improve whilst scraping together as many points as possible. I'm shocked by the level of the rebuild going on.
