Metrolinks, bus lanes, cycle lanes, Dutch car free pedestrianised zones.

Disruptive as fuck and a total waste of time and money.

Want to see public money wasted on a grand scale for a system that is next to useless, try the Edinburgh Trams (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edinburgh_Trams).
