If we win just the Carabao Cup then I wouldn't call it a successful season. It is a success, but doesn't make a successful season for us anymore. 15 years ago I would have been ecstatic today but the reality is that our horizons are changed. I am still very happy but we must win the title for it to be a successful season. And this team has the capability to do even better...

OK, maybe not this season but we must win the Chumps League. We have the team to do it now. They have to believe it.
