Title: Inter to bid for Yaya

If we sell, does this mean we can buy Barkley? I think he'd be good in our midfield. He won't develop at Everton and coming to City will push him on to become a good mifielder for us and England.

Yaya was a lot more mature when he joined us and Berkley might be worth the risk at the right price. Pogba seems to be the latest name on the list, maybe money from Yaya plus Jovetic?

This story and link with Inter is just absolute bullshit, it will never happen.

after last summer, we xpect something to happen around Yaya and it probably will. Who knows what it may be, he has a knobhead for an agent and it has rubbed off on him I thjink.

Realistically he has 2-3 years tops at the highest level, his value in the transfer market is probably already on the wane, sooner or later he needs to be replaced.if FFP allows and someone suitable is available now (or  more likely summer) is as good a time as any.

Whether that someone is Barkley, Pogba or A.N.Other I don't know.......would have loved it to be from our own academy but think that is still years away.

If Yaya goes we'll have to get Pogba. Would he be classed as homegrown cos he was in the rag academy?

That stupid Agent of Yaya's going to cost him in the long run... no single player is bigger than a top club. And that's what we are :-\ innit?

I'd be sorry to see him go, he's an asset if only because he puts the wind up oppositions.

I'd be glad to see him go and take the circus with him, only if replaced suitably though.

It could be time to let him go in summer but we must have a decent replacement lined up. Fernando and Fernandinho ain't it in centre midfield. In fact he will be a bloody hard player to replace. It is all too easy to say get rid without thinking of replacement.

Mancini was on the box last night saying he would like to sign him if he wants to play in Italy
The footage of Yaya training was painful , he looked like a slow knackered  old jogger

yaya of a couple of years ago aye, yaya now could be replaced by a small tree

is he really that hard to replace, a couple of runs a game followed by 80 minutes breathing out his arse. a pirlo type that can actually play the ball and open up teams is a better bet

Agree.  A simple likewise replacement is probably impossible. A change in set up is what's required. Like that Welsh bloke said; someone who can ping the ball around a bit and open up defences...Someone who can be more direct with the ball. We don't have that now, it's either pass the team to sleep, or give it Yaya to a run with the ball in the second half.
