Still scouting about for decent kids despite Pep's insistence that we sign no-one this Jan. Not sure an 18 year old would be ready to be the main support for Fern next season but it would be great to get someone to bleed in over the next couple of years.

As long as it is for a decent profit and the kid has progressed then not such a bad thing.
Quite a few have been sold on at a nice price which helps pay for the academy.

Really, it is what you make of it. The likes of Sancho aren't at City any more but it doesn't seem to have done him much harm at all coming to City. Easier to get decent loans and a decent move from Citys Academy. Playing at Celtic or Huddersfield is a lot better than a lot of kids do. They're given all the possibility to make it here or somewhere else.
