“Irrefutable evidence†is what Ferran said, a big massive claim. If City don’t win he should go because it is stupidity beyond belief to make such a claim unless you are 100% certain you can prove it.
I’ve fingers toes and legs crossed in hope City can back up that claim. No good crying foul play if we lose at CAS, as it’s independent and we have the best possible legal team.
Lose and we must accept the ruling and move on. I say that even those I despise every aspect of UEFA.
If we lose then we take the next legal step. CAS is not the end all and be all. There are miscarriages of justice that have gone through numerous appeals before being overturned. I don't see why City should accept injustice. We fight till the end.
