Seems like a popular choice for LB against Real according to the press. What's the opinion on here. I thought he had a good game in that position against Watford before reverting to RB...

Mendy is suspended for the Madrid game. I'd play Cancelo again at weekend. But Watford then Norwich hardly prepares him for Madrid.

Pep has been incredibly effusive about him in recent press conferences. At one, he said he has been the best player in training since lockdown. I too am a bit concerned that matches against Watford and Norwich don't prove he can play well against Real Madrid there. However, neither am I convinced about our other options.

Sure, there's always the old adage, you can only play what's in front of you.

He showed he's got pace, which is nice for recovery.

Wonder what our game plan will be. I always feel if we try to be overly patient, we become too relaxed and slow.
