Title: Championship - Promotion and relegation issues
Post by: shandon on April 05, 2015, 14:41:45
Apparently this is one of the closest battles for the top 2 automatic promotion spots this season. Boro are now on top followed by Bournemouth with Watford and Norwich just behind.

At the other end hopefully Millwall will join Blackpool in league one next season. Also our FA Cup nemesis Wigan might be heading for the third tier.

I'd like to see a few smaller teams who havent been in the Prem before to come up. Bournemouth, Brentford and Ipswich would be good.

Then Bolton can come up next season oh yeah!!

I don't like Boro or Ipswich, but Bournemouth and Brentford would be good to see go up - or maybe Elton John's team  :)

Ipswich relegated us once and seemed to take extra enjoyment in doing so. Boro used to be a rags feeder club when they had McLaren in charge.

Boro were a bogey team and none of the real contenders are particularly great locations for away fans.

And Boro's "lads" decided to invade the family stand at Maine Rd - and got chased out by the 5 year olds.
