Just watched a Northern Ireland player being given a second yellow card for time wasting

Reminds me of the Irish Republic match when Henry handled the ball to help the French to qualifying

I'd like to see a keeper get two yellows for time wasting. The ref always seems to wait until injury time to book them so they don't have to book them again. But it is an area of the game which just gets worse and worse. Either bring in proper time keepers who stop the clock when the game stops or start sending keeper off for time wasting or both. It drives me nuts the cheating that keepers get away with.

Maybe a rule to say that play has to resume within ten seconds for a corner, free kick, goal kick etc, and say 5 seconds from a throw in.
