A replacement for Fernandinho?
I've not paid too much attention to him as yet. Declan Rice at West Ham would be a very good signing. He looks like a defensive midfielder with a bit of class. But I don't think we can tell Pep about what he needs in a defensive midfielder. Now Rodri is scoring regular goals, he will be very hard to get out of the team.
I would love to see Brighton LB Cucurella at City. He has an awful hairstyle so he'd fit in well !
All in all I think Pep and the team have a better eye for transfers than the rest of us. So I'm happy to leave that with them. Not wanted shot of Rodri, and more lately Grealish. In the end they mostly flourish.
I just don't know enough about either Kalvin Phillips or.Marc Cucurella to decide.
Good player, but is that where we need to pay £100 million for cover?
Phillips comes across as decent bloke and has a good temperament.Would fit right in and keep Rodders on his toes.
