Once again this is media dressing, in other words bias. You either comply with FFP rules or you don't. Utd didn't and were fined accordingly, just like City were. City were tripped up when UEFA changed the interpretation of their FFP rules retrospectively. No media reported this, unlike Utd reporting: 'minor', 'technical', 'covid' just how many excuses can be squeezed into a headline, plus Utd express full support for FFP, 'full support' for the rules they knowingly breached. Not sure what full support means from someone who has broken those rules.

Also, the other clubs Liverpool, Chelsea etc. seem to have reconciled their problems with 'human rights' for now anyway and feel able to deal with Saudi Arabi and take inflated transfer fees ('blood money') to fund their activites. Strange that?
