BREAKING: #ManCity have reached an agreement with Rosenborg to sign Sverre Nypan for a fee of £12.5M with no further contingencies or sell-on clauses. A proposed contract until 2030 is on the table for the midfielder. The 18-year-old is expected to go out on loan.
