#1
Nunes will add physicality to this lightweight midfield. Happy to see him play, hopefully in midfield not on the wing.

KunDB

Thanks for the penalty, we needed that we boost. Hopefully, we will kick on from here, but a better performance all round tonight even if only average.

C'mon City

gavin

Too slow in the build up for the most part but ahead now. I had a bad feeling with the pen but he was decisive. We're going to need a second because I have no trust in the clean sheet.

KunDB

Gvardiol has lost confidence and is a liability in defence now.

What a howler and a gift for Feyenoord.

Hesperus

We're a joke. Sunday league teams would fancy putting on one past our defence.

KunDB

As for Ederson coming out!

Pathetic attempt which he was never going to win.

Could we buy a new defence in January? This one is a shambles.

Ah well, it's football. Let's hope the pain drives us in to victory at Anfield (I doubt it mind).

gavin

Shocking even by City standards. Gvardiol was absolutely abysmal.

Vickki

That was capitulation, surrendering a 3 goal lead. I cannot see us getting any type of result other than a defeat on Sunday.

He's been abysmal for a long time now. Something is not right with him. Literally he has to be dropped.

My god. I haven't dreaded a game for over a decade but I'm dreading Sunday!

gavin

Do we actually have a left back?

gavin

If we can get Dias in at centre half for Sunday and play Ake at left back then maybe we can tighten up a bit.

I feel sorry for Simpson Pusey. He came on and did fuck all wrong and yet we lost a three goal lead after he came on. Even if it isn't his fault, he must feel like shit.

Stephen Paul

My 3-0 prediction was looking good for a while

KunDB

I think Gvardiol overall had been playing decent but that is hidden by these absolutely self inflicted mistakes/howlers.

He needs time out and maybe, imo necessary, moved back to his natural position at centre back (after a rest).
