Subs: Ortega Moreno, Ake, Grealish, De Bruyne, Gundogan, Bernardo, Foden, Lewis, McAtee

FFS come on

Hesperus

Got a chance with Haaland playing!

Foden dropped. About time tbh.

Swiss

I can't remember the last time we played such an attacking line up.

This could be a really open game

gavin

We will probably regret missing those chances. A very good performance but worrying to me.

Swiss

Yep, that Danso chance must serve as a wake up.

Haaland looked pissed off at yhe end.

Hesperus

Spurs starting to come back in to it. Bad misses in the first half from us!  We should have been out of sight.

gavin

You win the match and still furious because of the shambles of reffing and VAR at the end. How the fuck do they rule that out between them? Absolutely cretinous.

Hesperus

Apparently the ref gave handball on the field as the original decision so didn't give the goal. VAR the. Checked to see if it should have been given and decided there was no evidence to overturn the original decision.

Shite original decision!

gavin

How can you disallow a goal because you cannot prove that he didn't handball it???

Fucking idiots.

Hesperus

Pushed our luck a bit in the 2nd half. Not as dominant as the first but good win against our bogey team. Always lovely to beat Spurs!

We needed that win I think.

It is ridiculous. If VAR cannot see him handball it then it should be a goal. I can say conclusively that it did hit the hand of a Spurs player and therefore if no goal then a penalty. It is an absolute joke.

Savinho disappointing.

Haaland losing the ball too often too easily when he should be holding it.

Khusanov outstanding again.

Edison motm for me.

There previous points and closing in in second and third.

Just makes VAR a laughing stock, the way it is run. A referee sees a mirage, VAR can't see it so it actually happened there was really a mirage.

Also, even if VAR couldn't tell if Haaland handled the ball, they could tell two Spurs players handled it and one before the Haaland issue occurred, so should have given a penalty.

I despair.

Decent result in London for a change
