Another win needed to keep up the momentum and pressure on Utd and other rivals.

Cmon City.

Well spuds won't be gaining any ground on us this week :)

What a great goal to break the deadlock. Bit of a frustrating half till then.

Neil Mcnab

Seemed straightforward, really didn't have to go all in to end up with a win.

No Otamendi, Stones suffers a hamstring injury early on, sick note Kompany and calamity Mangala patching up at centre back. We cruise to a win, is this real or am I dreaming?

Reasonably straightforward. As soon as they did endanger us we went up the other end and scored the second. After that I never felt any real threat. Even if they had got it to 2-1 I felt we had another gear. We're head and shoulders above the rest of the division at the moment even when a couple of players have off games like today. I thought Fern was wasteful with the ball today for instance. We'll likely have a poor stretch at some stage but hopefully we'll have a lead to see us through it by then. Great to see Vinny last the distance. Two great goals. 9 points clear temporarily though could be permanent with the rags losing. Happy days.

Delph was MOTM for me, Mahrez is such a dangerous player and he barely had a peep after one early run.

Two contrasting but equally stunning goals, never mind sexy football this is hard-core porn!  :D

Hesperus

Amazing goals. Kompany got away with one after 2 mins but a brilliant and fully deserved result. Really disappointed for Stones who was having a great run of form. Hope it's not a bad tear or he could be out for a couple of months.
