Insist the penalty takers just run and hit the ball decisively.

Refs and linesmen are the only people in the game who can have bad games every single week and get away with it. The respect program has made the situation even worse. When was the last time you heard of a ref getting demoted? The only decent official I've seen of late is Sian Massey-Ellis.
