So we are to have a second row of advertising hoardings at the cost of losing 1,100 seats. This seems like a bad thing. It looks bloody awful at Wolves too. Is it a football ground or a light show?

If it keeps City profitable and in the top elite tranche of clubs then regrettable but bearable. Price for success.
