If you look in terms of talent and achievements then it has to be Maradona. He achieved it all in domestic leagues and on the international stage, inspiring teams that otherwise wouldn't have won without his incredible talent.

Messi is the best player if I just go off watching the guy play. Unfortunately for him, he never did it internationally but he is the most magical player that I have ever watched.
