Ludo

It's madness to play 4-4-2 with Yaya in the middle and Silva wide.

goat

demi, yaya and dzeko through the middle, speed kills

Ludo

Don't forget Fat Frank

goat

then we have clichy and navas, fast as fuck and nowt else

gavin

All that possession but we didn't trouble the keeper enough. Palace had very few attacks but looked like scoring with every one of them. No cutting edge and a dodgy back four - it is a very costly combination.

goat

back 5 if you add hart

lot of talk of a clearout but who the fuck will we get coming in after that shite

Ludo

Getting into the Champs league will be a massive incentive for new players, missing out will be disastrous.

goat

the type of player we need will likely be in champs league anyway

Ludo

They always will be, shouldn't stop us trying though.

goat

but thats when silly money pops up and platini gets excited

Didn't see this game, and not sure I'll bother watching the recording after reading some of the write ups...

...but not sure I need to. 74% possession; 22 shots (only four of which are on target); 13 corners; one goal and two conceded - says it all.

Why indeed do we persist with a two man central midfield when one of them can only build up a head of steam going forward - and then only when it suits him? Can't see the point of playing Navas and two strikers when we do this. Too many huge holes in the middle and immediate extra pressure put on an already dodgy back four.

Well done Pelle, it's actually quite the achievement to fail so bad with this team. The team would do better without a manager, and to even try to avoid top 4 intentionally would be quite the challenge. Yet Pelle makes it look so easy, well done!

not the tactical wonder you were probably hoping for but

fuck knows

if people like us that really know nothing can see it wont work before kick off how can a guy that gets paid to know how this shit works need an hour of a game to spot all is not well

Swiss

Dzeko was his usual helpful self too. Why aren't we training him on passing...

clevblue

Dzeko's after a move according to some press reports. Is Pelle to blame for Dzeko's obvious decline?
