The Blue Blooded Maniac

Was admitted to hospital last night after suffering chest pains during the Alaves match.

Scary stuff and I'm sure we all wish the legend well.

Hesperus

Fingers crossed for him.

gavin

I hope we can see him back at the Etihad on many occasions in the years to come.

Stephen Paul

Recovering well I believe

KunDB

That was awful news to wake up to.

A club legend I just hope he gets better asap and can resume his magnificent football career.

What a joy to watch he has always been.

Time for him to go home and look after his health and recuperate before accepting the ambassadors role for City in South America.

Best of luck to him whatever he decides to do. I doubt his tally for City will ever be surpassed.

Fookin legend
Hope we see him back for a few matches

Glad he is OK, why chance anything. A legend. He can go home and buy Independiente, his boyhood club. Glass half full, he has had his career and can now live a relaxed life. Not that many years ago it would have been the magic sponge and carry on with it.

It is hard to believe that his scoring records for us will ever be surpassed. Not a whiff of a problem from him for 10 years of service. Looking forward to seeing his well deserved statue.
