Site changes

Apologies for the loss of Avatars. I've checked the backup of the site files and I can't find them there either. There are plenty of options to upload new ones though.

The upgrades seem to have gone well generally so I'll unsticky this topic. I doubt that we'll need any further changes for to foreseeable future you'll be pleased to hear.

I've not linked to it in this version as it was rather dated but I can look at doing so if it is considered that it is necessary.
